These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Dumhawk (“we,” “us”) governing your use of the Only Floofs mobile application (the “App”). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
An account (via Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google) is required only to upload photos or keep a pet profile. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the App.
You keep ownership of the photos and information you post (“Your Content”). To operate, promote, improve, and commercialize Only Floofs, and to support current and future features and business models (including advertising, sponsorships, promotions, partnerships, printed or physical goods, licensing, and other paid or commercial uses), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, translate, publicly display and perform, and distribute Your Content (a) within and in connection with the App and our services, and (b) in any media, now known or later developed, that markets, promotes, or monetizes the App and our services. This lets us do things like feature Your Content in App Store screenshots and previews, in social posts and advertisements, and in other promotional or commercial materials, without further notice, approval, or payment to you.
You represent that you own or have all rights needed to grant this license and that Your Content does not infringe anyone’s rights. You can stop future uses at any time by deleting Your Content or your account (Settings → Delete account); after deletion we will stop using Your Content going forward, except that we may keep and use copies already placed in published marketing or shared with partners before deletion, and routine backup copies may persist for a limited time.
Only Floofs has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. When you post, you agree that you will not upload, share, or transmit content that:
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to manipulate counts or rankings, scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with the service, or circumventing safety or rate-limiting features.
We may remove content, limit visibility, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion. Automated moderation is not perfect; content being public does not mean we endorse it.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all objectionable content will be prevented.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dumhawk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are between you and Dumhawk, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Your use of the App must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when changes are made; continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
